Refund Policy

We aim to provide only the best produce to our customers. If you are dissatisfied with any items or did not receive something that is on your invoice please contact our Distribution Coordinator immediately at orders@solefoodfarms.com or at 778.228.9566. We welcome your feedback and will credit or (if possible) replace the item(s).

All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget to pick up an order at the Farm or at our Farmers Market stalls.  Thanks for your understanding.
